Registration fee

• Registration fee NOK 5,500

• Pavilion (3 or more companies) NOK 15,000

All prices are ex. VAT.

You will be given the option to pay the registration fee by card or invoice, and must be paid to secure a stand.

PRICES FOR STAND

• Stand rental 9–30 sqm NOK 2,450 per sq.m

• Stand rental 31–60 sqm NOK 2,250 per sq.m

• Stand rental over 60 square meters by agreement

All prices are ex. VAT.

The stand rental includes:

• The standard stand setup with white exhibition walls (H=2.5 m and W=1 m)

• Name plates.

• Visibility of the company on digital platforms

• Cleaning of the stand (vacuuming) every evening

• Name tags for stand personnel

Power and all other equipment is supplied and invoiced by our partner Sparebanken Møre Arena.
Ordering equipment, supplies and power will be available from may to mid august.

Cancellation

You have the option of withdrawing as an exhibitor until the 12th of April 2024.

If you withdraw as an exhibitor between 13th April 2024 and 28th June 2024, you will be invoiced 50% of the stand rent.

In case of cancellation after 29th of June 2024, the stand feet will be invoiced in full.

The registration fee is not refundable, and there is a cancellation fee of NOK 250 per participant.
